Hello guys, I am a fullstack developer and planning to make a mobile game via Unity3D with online functionality and gacha elements. My job will be to manage the production of the game and to develop its required systems.

The game's focus should be on RPG elements and perhaps a turn based core to simplify the production.
I need people that can fill roles that do anything except for producing and coding the game.
If we reach sales (which I strongly aim for) then you will get a decent share depending on your role.

I am only looking for people that can provide legal resources, either legally obtained on the internet (with proof) or self made.


Here a list of my skills which will be used during development.

- Unity Engine

- Mobile Development

- C# (.NET) with Unity Engine

- Socket.IO (Client) for communication with the server

- Node.js (Server) for backend system running Socket.IO (Server)

- MySQL Database system to store user specific data

- Linux OS to run the server with decent security measures and performance

All roles must provide at least some sample of their work or competences.

The Rev-Share values are my idea of importance of the role and estimated work time value invested in this project. Negotiations are available but fairly restricted.

No fixed work times, on-demand only. Provide updates regulary about your work progress.


Pre-occupied Roles:

[Game Producer/Developer - Fullstack game development; client and server side. Implementation of the team's provided resources]

- 30% Rev-Share


Required Roles:

[2D Anime-Style Character/Animated Sprites/Backgrounds Graphics Designer(s)]

- 20% Rev-Share

[Music & Sound Design - Provide suitable music and sounds for the game's atmosphere]

- 10% Rev-Share

[Game Design - Provide realistic and interesting ideas about the gameplay/system mechanics and content in the game through contineous updates]

- 10% Rev-Share

[Marketing Manager - Manage marketing processes for the game and generate traffic and attention throughout its lifecycle and kickstart the start-up with pledgers]

- 10% Rev-Share

[Community Manager - Social Networks & Community management]

- 5% Rev-Share

[Homepage Developer - Develop this game's official Homepage. Design it and update it when required]

- 5% Rev-Share

[Story Writer - create a story that makes the game and its characters interesting]

- 5% Rev-Share

[Video/Visual Producer - Provide quality looking video material for this game]

- 5% Rev-Share


Some of these roles might be moved or merged if someone can do multiple things of these.

I would like to keep the team rather small with max. 10 members in order to reduce the complexity and dependencies for everyone. We will be using a software for communication, I have "Discord" in mind.
